Brighton Racecourse & Conference Centre is just five minutes from the city centre, which is packed with great shops, cool bars, fantastic restaurants and other seaside attractions (not forgetting events including England’s leading arts festival – the Brighton Festival, the Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Festival and the Paramount Comedy Brighton Festival). Set within 20 acres of beautiful countryside and ocean views, Brighton Racecourse provides the perfect venue for any event. Whether you're organising a conference for 250 delegates, a wedding reception for 100 guests, a summer or Christmas party for 1,000 friends and colleagues, our venue offers excellent value and complete flexibility for a wide range of events.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout.
The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
