The Muni Theatre is a beautiful, Edwardian theatre situated in the heart of Colne town centre, which can hold up to 600 people seated and 800 standing. The iconic landmark provides year-round entertainment and is the area’s number one venue for live music, theatre, comedy, dance, variety, children’s shows and events. Our back-stage facilities are newly refurbished and include comfortable dressing rooms. As well as the main auditorium, which has a spacious, seated balcony, there is also a smaller room known as the Lesser Muni. Both have fully-stocked, licensed bars and can cater for any occasion. They are available for hire at very competitive rates for shows, exhibitions, celebratory functions and meetings. Our in-house catering is of outstanding quality and provides excellent value for money. Our experienced team of banqueting personnel and talented, top-class chefs will join forces to accommodate you – whatever your event.
