Kopenhag'daki Kalkbraenderilobskaj 2'de bulunan Paustian, altmışlı yıllardan önce Danimarka mutfağını destekleyen geleneğe dayanan Danimarka yemekleri sunan bir restorandır. Restaurant Paustian, Kopenhag'ın özlediği şey olmayı hedefliyor: Gerçek Danimarka yemekleri, sıcaklık, kişisel hizmet ve gerçek bağlılık.
