Katar Ulusal Kongre Merkezi, dünyanın ilk yeşil teknoloji alanında ikonik tasarıma ve en son tesislere sahip benzersiz bir kongre tesisidir. QNCC, ABD Yeşil Bina Konseyi'nin Enerji ve Çevre Tasarımında Liderliği (LEED) altın sertifikasına sahip türünün ilk örneğidir. QNCC bölgesel ve uluslararası kongreler, sergiler, gala etkinlikleri, konserler, tiyatro prodüksiyonları ve ziyafetler için tercih edilen bir mekan sunmaktadır. Mekan 40000 metrekare sergi alanına ve 4000 delege için konferans salonuna sahiptir.
