Otel ek bir ücret karşılığında nakliye veya teknik yardım için ekstra işçi sağlanabilir (tavsiye edilmelidir). • Otel, katılımcılar için etkinliğin başlangıcından 10 gün önce onaylanan yiyecek ve içecek hizmetlerinin sağlanmasını garanti eder ve maksimum %10 misafir sayısı fazladır. • Kullanım gününde kurulan toplantı odasının değiştirilmesi durumunda, otel tarafından gerekli görülen ek işçilik maliyeti uygulanacaktır.
