Arts Factory provides high quality managed workspace for other companies and organisations who appreciate our flexibility and commitment to customer care. Some of our customers choose to make an ongoing commitment to rent workspace from us, and some choose to rent space from us on a sessional basis, as and when they need it. We currently have high quality office and meeting space available to rent at our flagship community building, Trerhondda, which is prominently situated on the high street in Ferndale. We also have office space, and secure workshop space, available to rent at our Highfield Industrial Estate site.

Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
