Anchorage Hotel is located on the seafront in central Victor Harbor. Anchorage Hotel is a leisurely one hour drive from Adelaide via the wine district of McLaren Vale and the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula Tourist Drive, Anchorage is the ideal destination for a leisurely overnight stay on the way to world renowned Kangaroo Island or for several nights as a base to visit other seaside and tourist locations situated around the Fleurieu Peninsula. The hotel also provides 2 private function rooms and a restaurant for corporate functions, meetings and presentations or family special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and small weddings. We cater for cocktail style events, small weddings and sit down functions.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
