Millennium Hotel Hail is the only five-star hotel in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The luxury hotel offers outstanding comfort, spacious accommodation and exceptional dining for both visitors to the city and those living nearby. Perfectly located on El Khotta road in the heart of North Hail, it is a stone’s throw from a plethora of restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment as well as major government, commercial offices and Hail University. It is a 25 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from the city’s financial business district. The prestigious hotel comprises 191 beautifully appointed rooms, suites and chalets as well as extensive banqueting and meeting facilities, making it ideal for both business and leisure guests. The hotel’s three dining outlets serve a variety of cuisines from an all-day international buffet to a grill as well as a range of specialty tea and juices. NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES • In the event that a reservation is guaranteed for late arrival and the guest “doesn’t show”, the appropriate room and service charges will be charged against the form of payment used to guarantee the room for late arrival. • Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the arrival date are not subject to penalty. A cancellation number should be obtained from the reservations agent for reference
