Hotel Highland is a three star hotel situated at the edge of the Iceland’s most impressive and active volcanic area. From here it is a short distance to many of the most beautiful and popular tourist attractions in the Icelandic highlands. Hotel Highland is the only hotel of real standard operating in the interior of the Icelandic Highlands. Unique in itself, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature yet also be provided with all modern facilities that one may not expect to encounter so far off the beaten track. It offers 16 standard rooms and 4 suites, 2 Family suites for up to 6 people and 2 Luxury suites for up to 4 people in the service of the guests to choose from. All the rooms are well equipped with all the amenities necessary to make the stay of the guests memorable. The hotel is an excellent place for meetings and conferences – especially for teambuilding adventures. The upgraded conference room seats up to 60 people in different arrangements and is equipped with all the modern facilities. Many groups have really had success together in this unique and pristine area, with the surrounding fresh air and silence enabling one to gather ones thoughts and focus on priorities at hand.
