Cancellations made more than 6 months in advance are eligible for a partial refund, less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 6 months of the event date are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We strongly encourage clients to secure private event insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions.
