Aralık 1993'ten beri açık olan Ulus 29, yerel ve uluslararası gastronomi meraklılarına kaliteli hizmet, ambiyans ve kaliteli yemek deneyimi sunmakla eş anlamlı Metin Fadıllıoğlu'nun sahibi ve yönetimidir. Ulus 29, lüks Ulus semtinde bir tepenin üzerinde yer almaktadır. Kapalı yemek alanı, Boğaz Boğazı'nın ve Avrupa ve Asya kıyılarını birbirine bağlayan iki köprünün nefes kesen manzarasını sunan tabandan tavana pencerelere sahiptir.. Ayrıca teras yaz aylarında yemek keyfiniz için açıktır. Ulus 29'un dekoru, uluslararası üne sahip iç mimar Zeynep Fadıllıoğlu ve ZF Design ekibi tarafından tasarlandı. Ulus 29 akşam yemeği için her gün 18:30 ve öğle yemeği için pazartesiden cumaya öğlen - 15:00 saatleri arasında açıktır. Şık ama rahat Food Bar'daki atmosfer, müzik ön planda olduğu canlı, dinamik ve genç bir ambiyans sunar. Restoranın menüsünden sipariş vermenin yanı sıra, müşteriler yetenekli barmenlerimizin hazırladığı ferahlatıcı kokteyller eşliğinde lezzetli parmak yemeklerimizi denemeyi tercih edebilirler. Yerleşik DJ"lerimiz her gece çeşitli müzikler çalıyor. Ayrıca tesis bünyesinde Club 29 vardır: her Cuma ve Cumartesi gecesi açıktır. Club 29 “olunması gereken yer” ve aynı zamanda yurt dışından kulüp üyeleri ve ünlülerle hobi yapabileceğiniz bir yer. Ulus 29'daki Executive Chef Mert Şeran ve tüm mutfak personeli yemek pişirme konusunda çok tutkulu. Benzersiz ve yenilikçi yemekler yaratmak için klasik pişirme tekniklerini kendi yorumlarımız ve gastronomi anlayışımızla birleştiriyorlar. Şarap listesi, son derece deneyimli sommelier olan Stephane Vattepain tarafından titiz bir özen ve dikkatle oluşturuldu ve geliştirildi. Türk ve Uluslararası şarap üreticilerinden en iyi ürünlerden bazılarını satın almanın yanı sıra, yeni nesil Türk şarap üreticilerinin ilerlemesini de dikkatle takip etti. Ulus 29, 320 yerli ve uluslararası şarap üreticisinden yaklaşık 4.500 şişe şarap seçimini içeren şarap mahzenini ziyaret etmek için müşterilerimizi şarap mahzenini ziyaret etmeye teşvik ediyor.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. A born showman, Kevin DelMastro brings a visual and musical spectacle to lounges, cocktail parties, weddings, romantic dates, and corporate events. Offering jazz, blues, Latin, funk, soul, dance, and instrumentals of pop and rock favorites, Kevin loves entertaining and starting the party with his big sax sound and professional backing tracks. He specializes in giving a unique experience to his clients by catering to their taste and style. If the event is mellow, he blends in with smooth background music. If the event is high-energy, he amps it up with high energy music, often dancing with guests as he plays. Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin has officiated weddings and emceed events, bringing a unique blend of talent and personality. He has helped create the appeal of Full Strength Funk Band, as a founding member, and has played all over San Diego and Orange County with Liquid Blue, Wild Nights, Tom Benzon, Casanova Serenade and even with the Tito Puente band as a guest artist for a Latin jazz special. As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. Inspired by BB King’s killer horn section, Kevin began honing his skills playing the blues. He still loves rock and pop music and enjoys covering crowd favorites on his sax, all while pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show.
