Çubuklu 29, kokteyl salonu kurulumu için toplam 900 kişi ve 1.500 kişilik oturma kapasitesine sahiptir. Cam kaplı alan 350 kişi ve kokteyl salonu kurulumu için 500 kişilik oturma kapasitesine sahiptir. Mekan, daha küçük bölümlere ayrılabildiği için küçük düğünler için de uygundur.. Çubuklu 29, fonksiyonlarınız için geniş iç ve dış mekanlara sahiptir. Kapalı alan tamamen cam kaplıdır ve Boğaz'ın net bir manzarasını sunar. Hava şartlarına bağlı olarak, özel olarak tasarlanmış cihazı ile pencereler otomatik olarak kapatılabilir veya açılabilir. Çubuklu 29, sesi dans pistlerine yerleştirerek dış gürültüyü en aza indiren sofistike bir gelişmiş surround ses sistemine sahiptir. Gece yarısından sonra dans pistlerini kaplayan cam pencerelerle, konuklar iç mekanlara taşınmak zorunda kalmadan geç saatlere kadar müziğin keyfini çıkarabilirler. Bu eşsiz özellik, Çubuklu 29'u İstanbul'da gece yarısından sonra akşamın tadını çıkarmalarına izin veren, ancak gece yarısından sonra açık alanlarda müzik yayını yasak kurallarına uyan tek açık mekan haline getiriyor. Altyapısı ve Çubuklu 29'daki tüm ekibin restoran, bar ve kulüp sektöründe uzun yıllar çalışmış ve tecrübe kazanmış bir kadrodan oluşması nedeniyle Çubuklu 29'da düzenlenen etkinlikler, yetenekli mutfak ve bekleme personelinin hazırladığı ve servis edilen yiyecek ve içeceklerden muhteşem Boğaz'ın kıyısındaki konumuna ve müzik alternatiflerine kadar sunulan hizmetlerin rafine kalitesi ile rekabette bir adım önde.
