Kosta Palace Hotel, İstanköy'ün merkezinde inşa edilmiş olup, 13. yüzyıldan kalma ortaçağ kalesi ile nefes kesen limana ve orada demirleyen birçok geleneksel ahşap geminin eşsiz manzarasına bakmaktadır. 2001 yılında inşa edilen otel A 'kategorisindedir. Klima, Mini Mutfak, fırın, TV, Fransız kahve makinesi ve müzik ile donatılmış 165 Oda ve İki Odalı Dairelerden oluşmaktadır. Ayrıca 250 kişilik bir konferans salonu bulunmaktadır.

A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
