Hakkımızda

İstanbul Kongre Merkezi (ICC), Eylül 2009'da İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi tarafından inşa edilmiştir. Kongre Merkezi, 119.500 m2 alana yayılan yedi katlı bir tesistir. 2010 yılından beri Rixos tarafından yönetiliyor. İstanbul Kongre Merkezi uluslararası kongreler, konferanslar, sempozyumlar, şirket toplantıları, fuarlar, sergiler, konserler, müzikal/tiyatro prömiyerlerinin yanı sıra her türlü sosyal, kültürel ve profesyonel toplantılara ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. İstanbul Kongre Merkezi — Oditoryum: Ana binanın en önemli bölümlerinden biri 3700 kişi kapasiteli oditoryumdur. 2., 3. ve 4. bodrum katlarında bulunan üç girişi vardır. ICC — Oditoryum, simültane çeviri odaları, tiyatro veya diğer oda stilleri gibi etkinlik organizasyonları için birçok seçenek sunar. Farklı sayıda katılımcıya uyum sağlamak için ayarlamalar yapılabilir. Oditoryumun yanı sıra büyük ölçekli organizasyonlarda giriş holü olarak kullanılabilecek üç fuaye bulunmaktadır. Fuayeler ayrıca sergi kokteylleri, kahve molaları için ekstra bir alan olarak da kullanılabilir. 24 simültane çeviri odası ile yatay olarak ayarlanabilen esnek yapısal tasarım ve hidrolik asansörlü çok amaçlı sahne, oditoryumun her türlü organizasyon için kullanışlı ve işlevsel bir alan olarak kullanılmasını sağlar. Ana binanın diğer önemli kısımları ise 600 m2 ile 1310 m2 arasında değişen toplantı odalarıdır. Odalar ses geçirmez akustik duvarlarla bölünebilerek farklı kapasitede toplantılara uygun 9 oda oluşturulabilir. Her odanın kendi çeviri ve ses kontrol alanları vardır. Çok amaçlı alanlar, kokteyl ve ziyafet alanları ana binanın 1. ve 2. bodrum katlarında yer almaktadır. Büyük ölçekli organizasyonlar için veya sergiler ve ziyafetler için ekstra bir alan olarak kullanılabilirler. Ayrıca 6.000 m2 alana sahip giriş ve teras alanı, organizasyonların ICC'ye misafir ağırlaması için harika bir alternatif olan gala yemekleri veya kokteyller için mükemmel bir seçimdir. Ana binanın 3. katında, çok amaçlı atölyeler için kullanılabilecek 10 m2 ile 180 m2 arasında değişen 174 oda bulunmaktadır. Fuar ve sergi salonları 4. (4.276 m2) ve 5. (11.817m2) bodrum katlarında yer almaktadır. Bu salonlar sergiler ve fuarlar için mükemmel mekanlardır. İstanbul Kongre Merkezi konferans salonları son teknoloji ile donatılmıştır ve her organizasyonun tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilecek profesyonel bir ekip bulunmaktadır. ICC, ziyaretçilere mükemmel bir kalite ve müşteri hizmeti sunmaktan gurur duyar. 6. ve 7. bodrum katlarında yer alan 850 araç kapasiteli otopark bulunmaktadır.
