Akdeniz'de ayak parmaklarıyla oturan Likya Residence, inanılmaz geniş süitlerinden muhteşem panoramik manzaralara sahiptir. Gerçekten de otelde nerede olursanız olun, denize ve Kalkan limanına doğru muhteşem manzaralara sahipsiniz. Kesintisiz manzaralar otelden kıyı şeridine kadar devam ediyor. Ortalama 40 metrekare büyüklüğünde 24 deluxe süit ve 60 metrekarelik inanılmaz büyüklükteki 3 adet çatı katındaki ana süit ile Likya Residence, Kalkan'ın en büyük odalarından bazılarına sahiptir.
