Locke Copenhagen, Kopenhag'ın canlı yeni bölgesi olan Postbyen'in önemli bir parçasıdır. Postbyen, Kopenhag'ın kalbinde, Merkez İstasyon ve Kalvebod Brygge arasında yer alan modern bir kentsel alandır. Otel, 70 metre yüksekliğe kadar uzanan konaklama birimleri ile iki ikonik yuvarlak kuleye yayılmış 234 şık odaya sahiptir.
