Raffles London at The OWO is a spectacular new luxury hotel set in the iconic Old War Office in Whitehall - once home to Britain’s most famous statesmen and spies, including Winston Churchill and Lord Haldane. Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond, worked here and drew inspiration from the building, with several Bond films shot on site. Now meticulously restored by thousands of expert craftspeople, this Grade II* listed Edwardian Baroque masterpiece is Raffles’ first hotel in London. The hotel features 120 rooms, including 39 suites, eight exceptional restaurants, and three bars. It is also home to London’s first Guerlain Spa, spanning four floors with a 20-metre pool, nine treatment rooms, and wellness programmes by Pillar. With the magnificent Whitehall Ballroom (for up to 600 guests), the elegant Lawrence Foyer, and intimate Morse & Code rooms, The OWO is an extraordinary setting for gala dinners, conferences, receptions, and high-level meetings.

Raffles London at The OWO occupies a magnificent Grade II* Edwardian Baroque building in Whitehall, the epicentre of British Government. A sophisticated neighbourhood with a central location, Whitehall is close to Waterloo and Charing Cross train terminals, and accessible however you choose to arrive. The River Thames, Horse Guards Parade, Buckingham Palace, St James’s Park, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey are all within walking distance, and the West End theatres and the nightlife of Covent Garden and Soho are only a heartbeat away.
