CANCELLATION AND REDUCTION POLICY GROUPS, MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS Total Cancellation of Guest Rooms and Services • Between signature of contract and 180 days prior the event, no cancellation fee will be charged. • From 179 days to 90 days before, 25% of the total of the pro forma invoice will be charged. • Between 89 and 45 days before, 50% of the total of the pro forma invoice will be charged. • Between 44 and 10 days before, 75% of the total of the pro forma invoice will be charged. • Between 10 days and the arrival day, 100% of the total of the pro forma invoice will be charged. (These are the general conditions, they could change depending the size of the group, dates, services contracted, etc, in order to adapt them to the special requirements of every group) Reduction in number of Guest Rooms (Rooms Attrition) • Between signature of contract and 60 days prior the event, a reduction of 25% in the total number of room nights will be allowed with no charge. • Between 59 and 30 days before the arrival, a reduction of 15% in the total number of room nights will be allowed with no charge on the revised room allotment. • Between 29 and 10 days before the arrival, a reduction of 10% in the total number of room nights will be allowed with no charge on the revised room allotment. • Between 9 and 3 days before the arrival, a reduction of 5% in the total number of room nights will be allowed with no charge on the revised room allotment. • From 3 days before the arrival date, in case of reduction, the total of room nights reduced will be charged on the revised room allotment. Any reduction over these percentages will be invoiced by the total amount of the cancelled housing. No Shows In the case of no-shows the hotel is authorised to charge the full amount corresponding to guest rooms and breakfast for all of the days reserved.
