Otel, düzenli yerel otobüslerle kolayca ulaşılabilen Marmaris'in şehir merkezine ve eski çarşıya ve liman bölgesine 2 km uzaklıkta olduğu için ana yol üzerindedir. Havaalanından otele transfer yaklaşık 1 ½ saattir. 89 odalı 5 katlı oteldir ve döviz bürosu, lobi, çamaşırhane alanı, a La Carte restoran ile 24 saat resepsiyon sunmaktadır.
