Duegaarden dönüştürülmüş bir tesistir, ideal bir konferans merkezi, kurslar ve toplantılar. Kuzey Mors"ta doğal bir koruma alanında yer almaktadır.. Personel grupları, terapi ve diğer kişisel gelişim odaklı temalar ve partiler için kurslar ve konferanslar için idealdir (ekstra şilteler kullanan partilerde 58 geceye kadar). Salonlardaki aydınlatma, kutlama olarak her iki iş için de uygundur. Duvarlar, özel fotoğraf sanatçısı Kirsten Klein'ın atmosferik görüntüleri ile dekore edilmiştir.
