The military Fort Zoutman was built in 1798 by the architects of the Military Committee. The Fort has no longer its military function but houses now the Historical Museum. The Willem III Tower currently houses the Historical Museum. The Willem III Tower and Fort Zoutman are open to the public.

The desert-links course layout fully captures the elements of wind, sea, and earth to create a truly exhilarating experience for golfers of all levels. Four sets of tees per hole provide a variety of approach angles and challenge. The Par View GPS yardage system provides golfers with a virtual view of the field to help vacationing “pros” with their shots. It also allows for electronic scoring, including leader board and track skins for groups. The facility also features a full-length practice range, putting greens and chipping areas.

Take in the best 360 island views of the island from the famous California Lighthouse. You can now even climb the top! The old stone California lighthouse stands as a silent watchman in the area known as "Hudishibana," near the island's northwestern tip. It beckons visitors to the most spectacular views of the island. The lighthouse was named after the S.S. California - which sunk previous to its construction in 1910. Perched on a high seaside elevation, the lighthouse has become one of Aruba's scenic trademarks and offers a picture perfect view of the island's western coastline of beaches and coral shorelines. Any time of day or night is a great time to visit the lighthouse for a 360 degree view, yet the sunset is hands down the right time of day to be there as the big orange ball of fire gently dips into the Caribbean Sea. Nearly 20% of Aruba is a designated National Park and home to a long list of animal species and plant life. The Arikok National Park is home to rare priceless gems that are indigenous to our island. The Arikok National Park is a great place to spend the entire day enjoying the dramatic landscapes. There is a small entrance fee that goes towards the preservation of the park, educational programs and the animals who roam freely throughout the 7907 acres. Arikok National Park is home to a variety of unique attractions and cultural heritage sites, including spectacular caves, original Indian rock drawings, unusual land formations made from lava, quartz diorite and limestone, guided nature walks through dry river beds to secluded bays like Moro, Boca Prins and Dos Playa.

The Guadirikiri Cave is famous for its two chambers, illuminated by the sunlight streaming through holes in the roof of the cave. The cave extends for about 100 feet. In the darker portions of the cave nest hundreds of harmless bats. The Fontein Cave is the most popular of the caves as it is the only one that has the drawings of Arawak Indians on the ceilings, providing a real sense of island history to this cave.

Experience true adventure at Aruba's most remote, yet also most popular nature attraction, the famous Natural Pool. In a unique rock formation, volcanic stone circles a small depression, creating a tranquil pool: Aruba's Natural Pool. On a deserted stretch of coastline, dramatic shows of water spraying over the rock occurs on a regular basis as the tide rushes to shore. The unique natural pool is also known as 'Conchi' (bowl) or 'Cura di Tortuga' (Turtles Cove) and located inside Aruba's national park Arikok. The location of the Pool is surrounded by some of Aruba's most rugged terrain, so a visitor truly gets the feeling of having "discovered" something when they reach the site, by either foot, horseback or 4x4 vehicle. Because of the nature of the environment in this secluded area, the site is inaccessible by a regular car. Inexperienced drivers are encouraged to visit the pool on a Jeep Safari. During the day small snacks and drinks are sold at the top of the stairs that lead to the Natural Pool.
