World Trade Center Oslo is located in Norway. The main concept of the WTC is initiated based on a wish to contribute to increased focus and awareness with respect to corporate social responsibility and ethical initiatives by businesses. The belief is that this will stand the test as a business case, and gradually, as the moral culture of corporations matures, will constitute an integrated part of modern business. The vision of the World Trade Center Oslo is to become a center for conscious businesses, businesses which are aware of their social- and environmental responsibilities, and that through their values and business practices contribute to sustainable growth and development. The total size of the building is stipulated to 30.000 – 40.000 sqm. In addition to office space for small- and medium sized companies, the building can potentially house an international hotel, conference center, event hall, restaurants, informal meeting points, a gym etc.
