Basiliani Resort Hotel & Spa is located in Otranto, a famous tourist resort in the far eastern edge of the Italian peninsula named Salento (Puglia). Basiliani Resort Hotel & Spa has a convention center that can accommodate events for up to 500 guests and is the ideal setting for conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions and ceremonies. The spacious interior and exterior halls of the new four star hotel, its services, and the beautiful spa allow a perfect and harmonious continuity of activities planned for the participants, by completing and making every event unforgettable. Basilian Resort & Spa has 111 rooms from among double and triple rooms, 8 junior suites and 9 suites.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
