Castle of Pavone is easy to reach. It is visible from the motorway and from the exit of Ivrea on the highway A5 Turin-Aosta from which it is 500 meters far only. It is one of the most beautiful Italian monuments and it is considered one of most scenic and fabulous castles in the world. The Hotel offers 27 beautiful rooms divided into: super suites, suites, junior suites and standard rooms that can host up to 60 people. For bigger groups of people other rooms are available outside the Castle. The Conference Centre is situated at the Noble Floor of the Castle and it offers halls and salons hosting from 10 to 150 participants (400 people on all) of immeasurable beauty.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
