The Agave Garden Terrace is a relaxed yet refined open-air venue, situated directly beneath the iconic St. Regis Bar. While not classified as a private venue, it offers an intimate and casually elegant atmosphere, ideal for stylish cocktail receptions and informal gatherings. Please note, this venue is subject to an 8:00 PM curfew. This versatile terrace accommodates buffet-style food and beverage service, including culinary stations curated to elevate the guest experience. Enhancements such as umbrellas, staging, platform lighting, food and beverage stations, furniture, and decorative styling are available upon request and subject to additional charges. Venue Rental: $1,800.00 USD per event Subject to 18% tax and 10% service charge 100% consumable Set-Up Fee per event: USD $18.00 per person Subject to 18% tax and 10% service charge (Includes standard event lighting and house linen).
