Hotel Laine is located in Riga, Latvia. It is modest in size, but enormous in comfort and warmth. It is located in the historic centre of Riga, being only 10-minute-walk away from the Old Town. Art Hotel Laine offers 35 cosy rooms with all the conveniences for you to spend comfortable and pleasant holidays in here. Hotel rooms are located on the upper floors of the building therefore our guests have an amazing possibility to appreciate the beautiful Old Town from a bird’s eye view. Our restaurant offers both exquisite European cuisine and traditional Latvian dishes. In winter you can relax in the restaurant hall, letting fire of the fireplace warm the spirit and mind, whereas in summer – on the restaurant summer terrace, enjoying the pleasing Baltic Sea breeze. You are welcome to use the most suitable conference hall for your seminars, presentations or lectures.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
