If a cancellation or postponement is notified less than one month prior to the commencement of the Event, 100 % of the rental charges shall be invoiced; if a cancellation or postponement is notified between three and one month prior to the commencement of the Event, a minimum of 75 % of the rental charges shall be invoiced; if a cancellation or postponement is notified between six and three months prior to the commence¬ment of the Event, a minimum of 50 % of the rental charges shall be invoiced; if a cancellation or postpone¬ment is notified between twelve an six months prior to the commencement of the Event, a minimum of 25 % of the rental charges shall be invoiced; if a cancellation or postponement is notified up to twelve months prior to the commencement of the Event, a minimum of 10 % of the rental charges shall be invoiced.
