Hotel Himmelbjerget, sitenin 1930 yılında dans pavyonu olarak kullanılmasından sonra kuruldu. Daha sonra dağ ve otel, Gudenåens'in güzel manzarasında tarihi bir simge, tarihi bir simgedir. Binlerce insan Himmelbjerget'teki halka açık toplantılara akın etti ve bugün Danimarka'nın Danimarka kırsalında en çok ziyaret edilen dağ noktası.
