The Hotel Antica Torre Viscontea is a historic building, whose origins are merged with the Visconti castle, built since 1360 as wanted by Galeazzo II Visconti, and the subsequent Visconteo Park. The Torre Viscontea of San Genesio was part and parcel of the walls bounding the Vecchio Parco, from the Nuovo Parco, extending up to the Chartreuse, towards Milan, and running along 22 kms from the Cantone delle Tre Miglia to Due Porte. The hotel Antica Torre Viscontea offers also a charming meeting, thanks to the creation of a new event and business hall adjacent to the hotel. It allows to the customers to organize any kind of meeting in absolutely unique atmosphere according to their personal requirements.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
