The Hotel Isabella is an elegant, hidden away hotel in the heart of Taormina. It is located on Corso Umberto, the stylish and chic main street, just a few steps away from the Greek-Roman Theatre and the ancient Sicilian monuments of the town. The Hotel Isabella is the “home” for guests that love theatre and enjoy the fascinating contrasts and the liveliness of Sicily all year round. It is in a unique location open all year round, in the center of the Corso Umberto, the main shopping street of Taormina. The Hotel Isabella provides 32 refined rooms in the service of the guests to choose from. All the rooms are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities required to make the stay of the guests comfortable and relaxing.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
