The Hotel Valentino is a four-star hotel, completely remodeled in 2005 and located on the very central Via Mazzini. The edifice is a historic building designed by the internationally famous rationalist architect Mario Ridolfi. The Hotel Valentino offers 54 double rooms, 2 suites and 4 junior suites, all furnished in a contemporary style and appointed with the most modern technology. The Ristorante Fontanella, located inside the Hotel, is a special meeting point for our guests, whether for working lunches or convivial meals. The hotel has 3 meeting room with maximum capacity of 260 seats for business meetings and conferences.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
