We focus on using home-grown, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, and source from local providers: sockeye salmon from British Columbia, bison from Alberta, lobster from Nova Scotia, and dairy products from Ontario. We are the only restaurant to seed and grow fresh lettuce and sprouts (in our main dining room, to be exact) and we serve only Ocean-Wise certified seafood. Our wine list showcases primarily VQA wines, including selections from B.C., and we feature Canadian rye in many of our creative cocktails. Moreover, we really try to provide insight and discovery about the city you are visiting. Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.

In addition, we are home to many business functions for local and internationally-based companies, offering an environment ideal for meetings, product launches and seminars. Glenn Gould Studio offers business groups an exciting, reasonably priced alternate venue to hotel, meeting or convention rooms for their next gathering.
