Hotel Degli Ulivi is located in the Pugnochiuso Resort which is conveniently located on the Apulian coast of Gargano, within the National Park on the borders of the Umbrian Forest. It is 20 km from Vieste and approx 30 km from Mattinata in an area of 150 Ha. Located in a beautiful position, the Resort slopes towards the crystal clear sea of two adjacent bays: the bay of Pugnochiuso, from which the resort draws its name, and the bay of Portopiatto. The Hotel has 180 rooms; single, double, interconnecting rooms, family rooms and quad- rooms. All rooms are equipped with: en-suite bathrooms with shower, air-conditioning, telephone, mini-bar (filled on request), Sat. TV, hair-dryer.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
