Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior with no penalty. Group cancellations are charged as follows: If cancellation occurs: Within 0-59 days prior to the first arrival date: 100% of estimated event cost Within 60 days prior to the first arrival date: 50% of estimated event cost At least 60 days prior to the first arrival date: 1st Deposit Upon signature of contract: All deposits are non-refundable All liquidated damages are due and payable upon receipt of invoice.
