Standing on the shores of Windermere, Langdale Chase has been welcoming visitors since 1891. Following a careful and sensitive restoration, you will discover a new era of laid back luxury and style. An inspiration for artists, authors and poets for centuries, the Lake District has some of the finest scenery and vistas in the country and is a cultural haven for those wishing to get away from it all. At Langdale Chase, we have some great spots for meetings, team building activities, private dining, or gatherings. We welcome smaller groups of up to 18 people in the heart of the Main House, featuring real fires and large bay windows overlooking the lake. Our garden and terraces connect you with the lake and are open all year-round for your enjoyment. With unique break out spaces including our beautiful Library, 9 seater cinema and wine cellar is something extra special. Matched with our 5* service standards the Hotel is perfect for Executive away days and Senior Executive get togethers.

Born on September 2006 in the heart of Downtown Miami within Bayside Marketplace, to provide a unique sightseeing tour to local, national and international customers, offering daily public tours and private charters. Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.

Located on the shores of Windermere in the Lake District, Langdale Chase is an intimate Hotel offering smaller meeting spaces with stunning views of the Lake, with small Lounge area's and an intimate Dining Room. On site we have a wine cellar, 9 seater cinema, a 1928 Motor Cruiser with 2 private jettys offering opportunity for a number of different watersports, 6 acres of beautiful gardens suitable for outside events, and ample car parking for 50 cars.

Additional details

The hotel has 30 bedrooms, 21 within the Main House, 8 in the Lake House and our Boat House. 27 of our 30 bedrooms are Lake View with the remaining 3 having beautiful fell views.
