Grand Hotel Tremezzo is een van de oudste en mooiste luxe hotels aan het Comomeer, een authentiek Art Nouveau-paleis dat een warm en uitnodigend welkom biedt en de geneugten van een echte 5-sterrenvakantie biedt. Vanaf de unieke ligging aan het meer biedt het een ongeëvenaard uitzicht op Bellagio en de prachtige Grigne-bergen. Met zijn 100 ramen die uitkijken op het blauwe water van het meer of het bloeiende groen van de tuin, biedt het hotel een uitgebreid, veelzijdig scala aan gemakken: 98 elegante kamers verfraaid met rijke stoffen en versierd met vintage meubilair, een lido aan het meer in klassieke stijl met een eigen Venetiaanse lancia-boot. Mis niet een echte Italiaanse eetervaring in het Grand Hotel Tremezzo met een snack aan de rand van de zwembaden, een traditionele pizza midden in de tuin, een romantisch aperitief in de fascinerende T Bar of voor een diner bij kaarslicht in het verfijnde „à la carte” la Terrazza Restaurant. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
