Facility Restrictions
Dedicated to corporate events. Shows and concerts are not possible, unless being part of a corporate event or for classical music.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, we would ask you to please make a non refundable down payment of 20% of the total amount. The balance should be paid two months prior to the event, together with a security deposit of thirty thousand Mauritian Roupies (MUR 30,000), which will be refunded within two weeks of your event, pending an inventory of the hall and equipment to cater for any damage(s) to our properties. The balance is refundable provided that a written cancellation has been communicated to the lessor thirty days before the event.

Inaugurated in October 2009 by the Deputy Prime Minister of Mauritius, Trianon Convention Centre is a modern, purpose-built facility conveniently situated in the centre of the island. Surrounded by greenery and set against a backdrop of volcanic mountains, it offers beautiful views together with the finest facilities and latest technology. The 2,600 seater auditorium combines modern comfort and style, as well as boasting a world class sound system and acoustic treatment. TCC’s versatility allows for tailored packages and customised facilities for all your MICE events, such as a conference, product launch, award ceremony, shareholders’ meeting or team building workshop.
