Just 35 minutes from Tucson awaits the most unique resort enclave in the Southwest. The Tubac Golf Resort and Spa, a member of Historic Hotels of America is located at the base of the Santa Rita Mountains on the historic 500 acre Otero Ranch and offers unrivaled accommodations, activities and amenities. • If the agreement is cancelled more than 9 months prior to the arrival date, no liquidated charges will be payable. Deposit/s will be returned minus a fee of $1,500. • If the agreement is cancelled more than 6 months but less than 9 months prior to the arrival date, the company or organization will be liable for 25% of the estimated guestroom and meeting room revenue. • If the agreement is cancelled more than 3 months but less than 6 months prior to the arrival date, the company or organization will be liable for 50% of the estimated guestroom and meeting room revenue. • If this agreement is cancelled 3 months or less prior to arrival but before the cut-off date, the company or organization will be liable for 100% of the estimated guestroom and meeting room revenue. • If this agreement is cancelled 30 days or less from arrival, the company or organization will be liable for 100% of the estimated guestrooms, meeting space and F&B revenues.
