About us
Bluesun Heritage Hotel Kaštelet is an intimate beachfront venue in Tučepi, ideal for exclusive corporate retreats, incentive groups, executive gatherings and smaller MICE programs seeking privacy, character and exclusivity. The hotel features just 28 rooms, allowing groups to create a highly private atmosphere and, where required, take over the property for a more exclusive experience. The beach is located only a few steps from the hotel, with dedicated access to sunbeds for hotel guests, making it easy to combine business sessions with relaxed outdoor moments by the sea. Food and beverage experiences can be carefully curated around the group’s program, from informal meals and local specialties to private dinners and tailored culinary concepts in private atrium. Excursions, transfers and destination experiences can also be organized directly by our team, allowing the full stay to be managed as one seamless program. For meetings, Bluesun Hotel Alga is located approximately 30 metres away and offers meeting space suitable for up to 50 participants. This gives groups the advantage of staying in an intimate heritage property while still having convenient access to a dedicated meeting venue. Kaštelet works particularly well for leadership retreats, creative workshops, incentive stays, product launches and smaller corporate events where exclusivity, flexibility and memorable destination experiences are key.

As an intimate heritage property, Kaštelet does not feature an on-site pool, gym or dedicated meeting room. These facilities are conveniently available at the neighboring Bluesun Hotel Alga, approximately 30 metres away, including meeting space for up to 50 participants, swimming pool and fitness facilities.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Organiser relating to the scheduled and contracted services, the Organiser undertakes to pay a cancellation fee to Bluesun Hotels & Resorts according to the following terms prior to the scheduled arrival: ▪ 10% of the total contracted event value from the date of contract signing until 160 days prior to arrival ▪ 30% of the total contracted event value from 160 to 80 days prior to arrival ▪ 50% of the total contracted event value from 80 to 40 days prior to arrival ▪ 75% of the total contracted event value from 40 to 14 days prior to arrival ▪ 100% of the total contracted event value less than 14 days prior to arrival The cancellation fee is calculated as percentage (%) of the total value of the contracted services.
