Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before non-holiday arrival will be refunded deposit less $50 bookkeeping fee. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, deposit is nonrefundable. If cancelled prior to that, deposit is refundable less $50 bookkeeping fee. Holidays require a 3-night stay; each night calculated at weekend rates. No coupons or discounts apply during this time.
