Getting Here

Under 2 hours (116 miles) from the San Antonio airport. We have several car/charter service companies we work with regularly that we can recommend and for ground transportation to and from the airport. We also have the Ox Ranch Airport on property. It is a 5800 ft paved and lighted runway. There is a parking lot and we have Jet A fuel available for $8.50/gallon

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: A minimum of a 30-day notice MUST be given. There is no refund of deposits due to cancellation. Deposits are placed on file as credits. Rescheduling: You may reschedule; however, a new deposit will be required. If you must reschedule a second time, a third deposit will be required. The deposits and credits on file will be forfeited if you cancel a third time.

Deposits All-Inclusive Non-Hunting Groups – Ox Safari, Bachelor, & Corporate We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If multiple individuals or families pay separately, they must complete their deposit within 10 days of the original booking date. If a 50% deposit has not been received by the deadline, the complete booking will be canceled, and you will lose any paid deposits.
