Located near the Nuevo Centro shopping centre, opposite the Botanical Gardens and the Valencia Institute of Modern Art (IVAM) where you can see major exhibitions of European art and very close to the Conference Centre, the Bioparc and easy access to the Trade Fair. The NH Center Hotel has 7 meeting rooms at your disposal, with all of the services and equipment you need for any type of event. The variety of capacities and distributions will allow you to choose the perfect hall to hold events for anywhere from 8 to 300 participants.

The Turia Gardens is a public park of 110 ha; It located in the city of Valencia. This park is one of the most visited Valencia and Spain. It is the largest purely urban garden of Spain. Founded in 1986, several decades after the great flood of Valencia. After the flood, the city council and the Government of Spain planned in the 1960s to build a core of communications (highways and other transportation) that would connect the port to the airport and also solventase internal traffic. Later, after the citizens' movement 'i nostre the Riu is the volem Green' (the river is ours and we want green) a turn to his conversion occurred in a place of leisure and nature for citizens and visitors. In 1986 the park was opened in one of the most centrally located next to the Jardines del Real (popularly, 'Nurseries') sections. The garden crosses the city from practically the port, more specifically from the City of Arts and Sciences to the new Bioparc, replacing the old Zoo of Valencia.

The Institut Valencià d’Art Modern, IVAM, was born in 1986 with the approval of its founding law as public law entity by the valencian Parliament. Knowledge, expansion, protection, promotion and diffusion of modern and contemporary art are its principal objectives. Its programme of activities includes the exhibition of its art collection, the organization of temporary exhibitions and the edition of catalogues and other publications that go into the topics of the exhibits in depth, as well as the organization of conferences, courses, workshops and concerts that are related to the works on display and other areas in contemporary art. The space in which is located, the Centre Julio González, is a new building opened in 1989, in which the museum collection is exhibited alongside other temporary exhibitions. It also has a hall, the Sala de la Muralla, located in the basement of the building that preserves the remains of the medieval fortification of the city.
