Alma del Temple is a restaurant, located in the basement of Caro Hotel in Valencia. The cuisine of Alma del Temple is born from traditional bases and gives all the prominence to the value of time in the kitchen. Alma del Temple is, probably, the most special venue in València. An unrepeatable place that houses the passage of civilizations that inhabited the city since its foundation and literally sectioned by the 12th century Arabic wall. The restaurant, located in the basement of Caro Hotel and designed by Francesc Rifé, was selected by the German editor Taschen as one of the most stunning venues in the world. A recognition of its balanced combination of natural light, continuous materials, steel and dark glass where more than 900 years of history merge with a neat, geometric and contemporary design.
