About us
TRIGO is located in Calle Los Tintes 8, Valladolid, next to the Cathedral. The restaurant in Valladolid that opened two years ago with the mission of offering the best local cuisine. The restaurant is about 150 metres square and serves 50 guests per service. It counts as well with a private space for up to fifteen guests. TRIGO’s cuisine is of a creative soul but is not a minimalist one. In it there is a combination of the traditional tastes with an original and avant-garde handling of the best raw matter. Raw and natural materials dominate the decoration: Creams, browns, wood and a golden wall “because the wheat is the gold of Castile”.
