To confirm your booking, we require: 80% deposit upon confirmation 20% balance due 5 days prior to the event Signed contract to secure your dates and benefits Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are calculated based on the total room nights blocked. Up to 21 days before arrival, you may cancel up to 10% of the total reserved rooms without penalty. 10 days or fewer before arrival, all arrangements are considered final. Any cancellation, reduction, or early departure will incur a 100% charge of the total contracted amount. Flexible payment options available upon request.
