Charming House DD724 is located in the sestiere of Dorsoduro, on the Rio Torreselle and on the Fondamenta Venier dei Leoni in Venice. An ‘Inn’ with charm and modern design, DD724 is a boutique hotel created by the architect Mauro Mazzolini who has completed many projects through Italy, including Umbria where he resides. DD724 is situated next to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, a few steps from the Cini Palace, the Galleria dell’Accademia and the Chiesa della Salute in the heart of Venetian art. The goal of the Charming House Hotels is providing exceptional comfort while evoking a depth of feeling and reaction to both Venice and the accommodations, by offering a more authentically Venetian way of experiencing it.
