Hotel Ancora is located in Verbania, Italy. The hotel enjoys an advantageous location in the centre of Verbania, which allows you to explore the region with ease, walking distance from the port, surrounded by 350 shops and a wide choice of restaurants within 500 meters. The Ancora hotel offers comfortable, elegant and soundproofed rooms, in different types, standard, superior and deluxe rooms, each with en-suite facilities. The "Contestè Room" of 45 square meters completely and adopts advanced acoustic solutions for optimal listening. This room is modern, spacious, suitable for all types of meetings because of its flexibility with a maximum capacity of 45 persons. In addition, the Hall of the Times is a working environment calm and discreet negotiations and to conduct business, or as a comfortable meeting room, equipped with modern video projection systems. The "Vaulted Room" takes its name from the particular shape of the ceiling.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

We endeavor to build touristic scavenger hunts that mix easy and tough challenges, that are family friendly and fun. Moreover, we really try to provide insight and discovery about the city you are visiting.
Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
Simple And Fun
Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
