Should your reservation be canceled, moved or changed inside ninety (90) days prior to arrival, the client agrees to pay as liquidated damages an amount of 45% of the total estimated revenue of the changes as outlined in this Agreement. If your reservation be canceled, moved or changed inside sixty (60) days prior to arrival, the client agrees to pay as liquidated damages an amount of 60% of the total estimated revenue of the changes as outlined in this Agreement. If the program should be cancelled, moved or changed within forty-five (45) days of arrival, the amount of liquidated damages will be figured based on 75% of the total estimated revenue of the changes. If the program should be cancelled, moved or changed within twenty-nine (29) days of arrival, the amount of liquidated damages will be figured based on 90% of the total estimated revenue of the changes Should your reservation be cancelled, moved or changed inside thirteen (13) days of arrival the Licensee is responsible for 100% of the estimated charges as outlined in this Agreement. This contract is issued based on tentative dates being available. Any changes in dates, # of people, rooms, or duration of stay will be subject to space availability.
