Le restaurant Au Chalet est situé à quelques minutes du bâtiment principal de l'hôtel, derrière une façade suisse traditionnelle, à l'intérieur des tables en bois Au Chalet qui vous proposent un festin champêtre. Le restaurant met l'accent sur la tradition suisse et vous propose de déguster une cuisine intemporelle. Il peut accueillir 80 personnes en intérieur et 60 en extérieur pour les repas. Niché dans les vignobles verdoyants du village de Chardonne, la terrasse haute de ce magnifique avant-poste est l'endroit idéal pour admirer l'immensité des Alpes dans le confort d'un décor typiquement suisse. Il propose des repas décontractés pour tous et accueille les réservations de groupe.
