Upon entering the restaurant, guests have a panoramic view of the grand dining room which features soaring windows, an expansive bar, a White Carrara marble Market Table, and views of an open churrasqueira grill. Guests can luxuriate in premium dry-aged steaks from an on-site aging cabinet, and a first-ever Churrasco Bar experience with personalized service from gaucho chefs. The historic Cementville paved the way for The Quarry Golf Course in 1993 and since then we have been proud to provide a premium level golf experience to area residents and visitors. The history of our property and the adjacent Quarry Market area go much farther back than that.
